Description:
This club at Canyon Crest Academy is meant to promote research on well-known problems or misconceptions in our society. Our goal is to facilitate meaningful discussions and conduct interviews with experts and people with stories to tell. We can raise awareness through public platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and Medium.
Role of individuals:
Each individual can start his/her chapter. Each chapter can include people with similar interests and passions. For example, there can be a chapter on Black Rights in which people in the chapter will conduct corresponding interviews, hold public speaking events from students from CCA, and conduct discussions about topics in their chapter. Please check out the Meeting Format tab at the top for a more detailed explanation.
Filming / Recording:
We will gather a team of filmmakers to record and document our discussions, interviews, along with creating a 2-3 minute advertisement.
